Listening to Songs!

I love to listen to songs. When someone asks me about my hobby, I always tell this boring answer. But after Akil, I just listen to whatever is there on TV. Never got time to take the extra step to do the latest good collection and stuff like that. I mostly listen to Tamil filmy songs. In college days, had a collection of good English stuff's but post that, I believe I have never listened to any English songs except "waka waka" during Football season.

But now, I have again started listening. I generally like any song with good lyrics. My joy doubles when I listen to fast beat songs which has sensible lyrics.

Latest in my playlist are from the tamil movies "3" and "Nanban".

"3" - The audio launch was much awaited after the massive hit of the song "Why this Kolaveri" from thsi movie which was released much before the audio launch. I somehow didn't expect too much from this album. So, it did satisfy my expectations. They have named each song as varied feelings of love - celebration, joy, innocense, touch, scream and pain of love. Other than these titles in the song list, it didn't add much life to the songs.

"Nanban" - A remake of the popular "3 idiots" hindi movie. As director is Sankar, I expected all the songs to be too good but didn't like couple of songs. My favourite's are Heartile Battery, Askku Laska & En Frienda Pola.
