Akil's 1st B'day @ Native...

We have decided to celebrate Akil's birthday which falls on 9th August at our native (both at my in-law's place -- Puduvalasu and at my mom's place -- Kavindapadi). My hubby Logu said that Akil needs blessing of elder's and so, its right to go there. I also liked his idea. We are travelling from here on 6th August. Only that, our friend's at Bangalore are disappointed that they will not be there to attend the function. Logu is taking a week long leave. I'm quite excited about it.

We have just got few things to do decorations. Not sure where to start. I should start thinking about it. Everyone at native are waiting for our arrival. This time, I found a good shop in Commercial Street to buy party wear for Akil. So, we didn't roam around much for his dress. We might also do second head-shaving for him after his birthday. This is not yet decided. We have to discuss with my MIL regarding this. If I get time, I will blog from my mom's place about the celebrations... or otherwise only after we return back...
